WOW, this seller is PHENOMENAL!!! I purchased the item and Miss Cindie immediately informed me she found an imperfection when she went to ship the item and having the utmost integrity, cancelled the order because it was not in condition as listed. After some persuading, she allowed me to still purchase the item, reduced the price, and shipped immediately, which I received in a couple of days. When item arrived, there was the nicest, handwritten, personalized thank you card, also recommending items I might like based on my purchase. AMAZING!!! Love the item, but I am blown away by her genuine, above and beyond service. This is hands down the best purchase experience I've ever had online shopping...but I'd expect no less from a fellow Texan! I'll def be a future customer.
