Item shipped quickly and had appropriate padding in the box. The issue is a small oval piece that covers the screws at the base is missing on the left side. Because of the great price and not wanting to make a trip to USPS, I am keeping it and putting a piece of duct tape over the screws so they don't catch on things. The Seller did reach out to me regarding my concern, so great communication. It does what it is supposed to do well as a laptop stand. I would have purchased a different item if I had known a piece was missing as this was supposed to be a gift. Seller may not have realized it was missing a piece. I did check the box. I would purchase from this seller again.
