Seller was fine and prompt. I had never tried Vivaia shoe before, one of the reasons that I ordered this one, less expensive to try out. Not sure recycled shoes is for me. I had tried one in another brand. I can't seem to find the right size that fits my feet perfectly. The other one was too small, and these seem to be the right length but gap on the side when I walk. In no way the seller's fault. Glad I tried the less expensive option. If I did not want the pointed toe, that might help.
