This is navy blue. Anything I hold it up against black makes other blacks look blacker or gray and this blue. I like navy blue too so I am not going to complain. I just won't be able to use it as a black band I'll have to get something different. This is not as nice quality as like this type of band you would get on a new Omega watch just a footnote what confuse me... but My seamasters a 1954 for the bands they made 30 40 years ago this is pretty nice. They couldn't make anything near what day machine linkage to today by today's watch standards.
