Item arrived as promised. It was packaged nicely and securely. Bag was clean however, I had a little trouble with the zipper. The track was off and wouldn't let me unzip it so I could check the inside. It was an easy fix. I was going to take a star or two off because the issue with the zipper was not disclosed in the description but the personalized "thank you note" that was sent with the bag made me smile. I'd order from this seller again.
