This order matched the seller’s photos description perfectly. She was extremely helpful & accommodating. I especially appreciated her communication with me & Poshmark regarding my bundle of 3 items that Poshmark billed me 2 separate shipping charges. She even offered to pay the second shipping charge although it was not her fault—it was Poshmark’s error. Ultimately, because of my objection & her advocacy, Poshmark credited the charge to my account to be applied to future purchases. These Hoka high-tops just arrived. They are exactly as described: practically brand new, worn only once, with Nordstrom Rack sale stickers attached to the inside soles, definitely worth $50.00. My only issue is that they were part of a bundle & my understanding was they would be shipped with 2 twin size comforters & shams & I would pay one shipping charge for the 3 items, not two. I communicated this to the seller who agrees with me & has referred this issue to Poshmark, & even offered to absorb the second shipping charge. I trust Poshmark will resolve this matter fairly. Thank you.
