I absolutely love this jacket—it’s so beautiful and even better than I expected! Kat was incredibly responsible and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, from the moment I placed the order until it arrived. She even went the extra mile by including a handwritten card and a thoughtful facial mask, which was such a lovely touch. The shipping was super fast too, making the whole experience perfect.
