My order arrived wrapped in crisp tissue paper and once opened, my items were "wrapped" in cute little bags. Then comes the items and found that they were just as pictured. Looking forward to doing business with contenda 13 many times over!

I m rating this product. I am disappointed in shipping time and lack of communication regarding the item. I am very happy with the item now that it is here. I am not upset that the order was originally shipped elsewhere I am a very a understanding person lack of communication and follow up. If looking to improve those two areas when a mistake occurs or someone is waiting on something. Other than that the product is excellent I could not be more satisfied. Thank you
