This book "Disaster Organizer Planner for Home" is clean, in great condition, and no odors. It is full of great helpful ideas. A must have to put to use, review and go over with the entire family, friends, loved ones. Awesome book for preparation awareness for survival of whatever may happen in life, and many great ideas to be prepared for that are out of the normality of the day to day living.. So much can happen and it is great and in best interest to be prepared. This book is spiral bound and even has a elastic band to keep it closed or as a bookmark to what page you want to be on. The seller packed the book securely and shipped it fast. I am happy with this item and the entire process. Thank you much : )
