I want to commend this seller to EVERYONE. She is amazing, friendly, professional, and so kind! Just an all round awesome human being! I ordered a kanken bag for my little boy and told her it was for his birthday, he just turned 6, and she wrote a little birthday card for him! It made his day to have a card from a stranger unexpectedly! Everything was EXACTLY as described and was shipped and packaged amazingly! Highly recommend!
