The design of this mouth tape works best for me as it is smaller and has the small opening for a drink of water in the middle of the night. Just be careful taking it off in the morning as it clings tightly to your skin and could unduly stretch the skin around your mouth and create wrinkles sooner than you'd like them to be showing up.
