Hi sweetie,Im a little disappointed you sent almost the same way no protection no padding not individually wrapped to prevent breaking cracking and leaks.I’m not mad I thank-you for sending out new items very much!Im not sure how long u been with posh or if anybody u sold these type of items were just grateful to have their products but u have to Individually wrap each bottle or they rattle around in the box get thrown around during flight and at each location no fault of urs for that but the fault comes where u have to be cautious and plan ahead.My husband video taped this time as soon as my he gave me the package we heard bottles rattling thin bubble wrap on top of bottles one bottle the cap is broke the lotion lid was off small leaking on tissue paper thank goodness and a piece of tissue paper just sitting lightly on top. It will save u money if u take this piece of advice buy good bubble wrap for bottles plastic or glass our each one in a ziplock bag if u don’t want to buy bubble wrap but u gotta pad it use cheap free garbage bags otherwise. It will save u money from replacement shipping. I’m shocked it was sent the same way minus the untaped thin bubble wrap most bubbles were sunk in. Anyway that being said. Thx for replacing very little lotion lost but cap nozzle is broke on spray bottle.
