Quick postage and thoughtful seller who went above and beyond to help resolve something that Poshmark would not. Unfortunately the device broke after one use and Poshmark does not have a policy in place for this very probable occurrence. Luck for me, the seller was accomodating and sincere. I don’t know that everyone would be without PM support backing it up.
