The choker looked like it had gold finish in the photo but was more silver/nickel in person. As it was in excellent condition i decided to keep it and did not look for customer support. The skirt was barely worn/like new condition. Both items were individually wrapped in plastic bags for protection when shipping through postal service. Would buy from seller again. Ships promptly too.
