The box that the purse came in was completely destroyed. It was an old Amazon box that was reused. It was banged up or used up pretty bad. Not sure if this is how your original condition of the shipment was but it looked pretty banged up. Not impressive at all. However, I’m very happy with my purse. Thank you!!!
