I was hesitant to give this seller a 4 or 5 because the item I received was pumped out and bottle/ cap was dirty with foundation. The seller stated it had not been used or pumped out before I purchased it, so that is why this was unexpected. - I decided to give this seller a 5 because I understand that the heat/ shaking of the bottle in transit may have played a factor in the way I received this item. And they offered a very good price for this high end foundation. I appreciate the free gift added in the package as well. I would repurchase from this seller in the future. 🙂
