I purchased this item with the understanding that it was a pair of boots size 10.5, but I received boots that said size 11-11.5 They were way too big for me. I will not send them back because shipping would be too expensive. I'll have to find another source for this same boot. UPDATE I apologize, the boot size is correct. It was the inserts that showed a larger size. I only saw the insert size and did not realize that I had not read the boot size properly. All is well. Too bad
