Fast shipping and seller responsiveness However, I ordered the purse as a gift and as soon as the person unwrapped it, the whole handle fell off and apart.Also a mark not listed in the description. Im sure that this was on accident or an oversight. Sellers are human. The seller went out of her way to fix the situation and refund me.
