I sent this to my parents vacation home by accident so I didn't end up receiving it until Monday. The top seems flawed. It doesn't lay flat rather it flips over exposing the plastic strip intended to help it stay up. I gave it to my seamstress friend who is unable to fix it. She noted that it appears to be a manufacturing defect.
