Nicole is incredible! I was in a tough situation and ordered these shoes for my brother’s funeral to honor him as his favorite color is purple. I contacted her to try ensuring they would make it in time and not only was she willing to go above and beyond during this difficult time, but she even included a heartfelt card and a few extra purple items in my package! The world needs more humans like her! As far as the item itself goes, they are so adorable but I don’t know that I would purchase badgley Mischka shoes again. The inside of one shoe started to fall apart my first time wearing them, through no fault of the seller because the bottoms truly didn’t look very worn. Overall Nicole will still definitely have a repeat customer with me!
