The earbuds were securely packaged in the original Powerbeats Pro box and shipped in another box filled with shredded paper. These earbuds look like new as well as the extra ear pieces, the case and the charging cord. The box also included all the documentation from the manufacturer. I couldn’t ask for more. I’m so grateful to have purchased these earbuds at a reasonable price from such a thoughtful and caring seller. Thank you Dana!
