Hi there! I'm sorry for the delay. I want to thank you for my order of Hope In A Jar. I've been using this face cream for years and have always loved it. I lost my last jar when I lost my home a few months ago and I'm just starting to be able to replace items. My order was packaged beautifully and shipped very quickly. My only disappointment is that the lid was broken on the jar and quite a bit of cream leaked out, it didn't happen during shippng as the package wasn't damaged at all. But I'll definitely be back to your store again. Thank you again!
