So, I told u I was really sick and so I didn’t have an opportunity to inspect this coat when it arrived. The shoulder button is completely torn off. It can be sewn back on but it’s gonna be a pain. I’m assuming the other buyer did it when she tore it out of the tiny bag you had shipped it in. The size bags you chose to use were incredibly too small for coats. The post office offers free boxes of all sizes for poshmark sellers. Perhaps in the future consider using a more appropriate sized shipping receptacle. I get accidentally sending the wrong item to the wrong buyer, things happen, but this ended up being a huge inconvenience for me. Thank you.
