I should have asked but this top had been shrunk considerably. The tag says wash in cold water, no fabric softener, lay flat to dry. This was either dried in a hot dryer, or possibly dry-cleaned as you could smell cleaning fluid. You did give measurements so I should have checked that against the same top I had in an ivory color. I have soaked it and attempted to stretch it, but that hasn't worked. so just wanted to tell you for future listings, so you could possibly add more detail about care of garment or condtion.
