Love the jacket, no damage or even regular wear and tear. Deanna was so prompt in updating me on expected shipment delays (due to crazy winter weather) which was much appreciated. My order was still received within regular delivery expectations. Received with lovely wrapping and a personalized card thanking me for supporting her small business and sending well wishes.
