Debra is awesome! The 2012 Lladro Ball is a very special gift to my daughter and Debra took extreme care in packaging and making very clear "Fragile, handle with care" markings on the box. She went beyond the call of duty!

Packed like a pro! Bought a ceramic mug and the post man could have thrown the package into the Grand Canyon and the mug would have been ok. Great purchase
