Coat was exactly as described! Excellent communication with prompt responses! The buyer offered free shipping; however, when I was trying to complete the transaction shipping continued to be charged. I sent a message for the seller stating what was happening and made an offer minus the cost of shipping. She immediately accepted and said she understood my intent. I’d definitely purchase from her again.
