Very prompt with their communication responses as well as with being timely with their shipping and delivery. Box was partly open upon arrival, and since it is raining, I was very concerned…it appears the package had originally attempted to be secured with tape. Luckily, there was an open plastic bag giving a bit more protection to the contents, I opened, and item received appears to be as described (I haven’t had a chance to fully/completely check it over yet). But as of thus far, I would recommend and shop with this seller again.
