This product came exactly described. So, funny story I actually had the exact same owala, but I accidentally dropped it while getting in my friends car, and without knowing she accidentally rolled over it... Her cars fine! But my water bottle was like dead. I really liked the water bottle, but since it was an older water bottle I had a hard time finding it for the original price, everything I was seeing it on was like 50$ and the original price was 30, so when I went on posh mark I had the same problem. Right up until I saw this. I was fairly surprised when it came that it was in such good condition since it was used, but the water bottle is overall amazing and I’m so glad to have a water bottle again!😂
