The order was received with a beautiful perfect looking sweater, until I tried to unzip it. The problem was with the nylon zipper which usually have issues staying on track. I weighed my options and decided to just wear the sweater open after I was able to unzip the sweater. It probably is a disadvantage for me, but I really want the sweater. The seller did offer a refund, however, I chose to keep the sweater open.
