Overall it's a beautiful handbag, HOWEVER, this item has OBVIOUSLY been used in some fashion, despite the listing indicating it had not been worn; there is a dirty soil mark on the light colored long cotton strap; and there is a pea-sized oily pink stain on the inside bottom of the purse which you cannot see in the photo due to being strategically hidden by the coiled shoulder strap. The packaging was HORRIBLE! The handbag was just thrown naked into a bubble mailer without any further protection from crushing during shipment or the possibility of further soiling had the bubble mailer been compromised, I was SHOCKED! Since this item was not shipped in a sturdy box, my mail carrier thought it would be okay to STUFF it into my TINY mailbox and bend over the short strap, where it sat in the heat! It's now warped and will need some reshaping. Also, if you are going to list an item as NWOT, then it should be spotless as if NEW WITHOUT TAGS! This item is USED and those issues I mentioned should've been called out in the description. I feel deceived and I will not purchase from this seller again. I was forced by Poshmark to rate 5 stars for this review to be publicly posted, otherwise my true rating would've been 3 out of 5 stars.
