Fast Shipping. Thank you. Dress as described except the color. I was expecting a dark navy blue with lighter stripes as shown in the photos but it is a much lighter blue.

Love the dress but the belt is a mystery. It is very long - no way it can use the buckle, almost long enough to go twice around. What am I not getting? 🫢. I can remove the bekt loops and wear without but I am curious! Thank you.
