The bag came exactly as described and the seller was great. She accidentally left the tag off of the bag while making sure that the charm that she was giving me (for free) matched. She noticed that she had left it off right after sending it and shipped it out separately in the mail and communicated the issue to me right away. I don't think that you could ask for more. I would purchase from her again.
