Very friendly seller. Watch is beautiful. The shipping took longer than expected but I don’t hold the seller responsible for that error. When I received the package, the watch was out of the protectant bubble wrap. The glass wasn’t broken but the battery was not working. I’ll get the battery replaced, that’s no big deal. But for future items without the box, maybe wrap it more securely. Thanks so much! Love the watch.
