They came EXACTLY as described. She was extremely fast and communication was excellent. She made sure they were packaged extremely well so they were not broken in transit. I have been searching for these cups for years as they do not make them any longer and they are my favorite coffee cups of all time. I only drink out of the 2 I have and I was so worried I would never been able to find a replacement set. I'd buy 100 more if I could. I'm overjoyed 😭
