Finally I was well enough to pick up my order from @dulceicats. She was a dream to do business with. I recommend everyone give it a try. She told me the blouse I ordered was dressy/ or not depending on me and boy was she right. I am a breast cancer survivor and tomorrow this blouse will add color and happiness to a deserving luncheon.
