Communication was immediate, shipped same day, and included several thoughtfully chosen, self-care treats I would never expect a seller to do, as well. And honestly, those little touches, plus the care put into packaging my purchase thoughtfully and well, really touched me, after the recent passing of my father. For someone to give me a few treats to take care of myself, when I’m not very motivated to do so myself through my grief, it was very much appreciated.
