Items came in a beautiful box, the rings were in a small plastic bag inside of the box, to make sure they were well taken care of. There were exactly ZERO scratches and items are authentic, I went to pandora and they reassured me authenticity:) she was very kind and understanding. Shipping was fast!!! And it was packaged very well :) super happy and satisfied with my order. There was zero discoloration and she was very nice!
