Sorry about that The shoes are good and are as I expected from your description and photos. The packaging was flimsy and should have been in box instead for stability and prevention of possible damage to the shoes, ie: a mail person who just shoves everything in by twisting, bending, or whatever it takes to cram it all into a small mail box, she may use a jack hammer to get it to stay….lol. But the shoes arrived intact and without damage. It took a little extra time in shipping but shoes were worth waiting on. Note: mail person not on you. Thank you, LW
