Got exactly what was in the photo. Missed that there were no inserts but… not a problem. Shoes are beautiful and had no legit surprises (me not noticing there weren’t inserts doesn’t count, it’s obvious from the pictures if you pay attention… also I have my own inserts :P). Love that I got them so quickly!

The product was packaged safely and arrived in a timely fashion. The shoes are in fabulous condition! Unfortunately, the heel is too loose, so I'll have to get creative.
