Definitely not a size 8! They must have been dried and/or run small. I'm a size 6 and these were as tight on me as my skin is! Poshmark should make a place in the item description for "item has been dried/shrunk"✓✓✓ Not going to give less than 5 because it's not your fault sweetheart...
