My postman a mistake and delivered the item to another house accidentally.Seller was extremely patient and helpful hoping it would turn up. To my surprise i got a knock on the door with his apologies and my package in hand. The backpack I ordered is in great condition and described perfectly.Ellie thanks for giving me the time I needed to resolve this you are awesome. I look forward to making future purchases from you.
