The seller was great. Just as described. Also packaged well. The company advises using their conductive gel. When it arrives, I will test out the device. I can't get over how light it is. This is the first cordless version. Some think the corded version gives more powerful, cordless is more convenient. Everyone seems to have their own opinions. I just know that Newa is supposed to be made by a company that manufactures medical cosmetic skin devices so it is supposed to be one of the best rf devices available at a reasonable price.
