2 packages were shipped to my house as the shipping label was duplicated. My local post office charged me $19.95 to release the package and now refuses to refund me. I kept the package that had the original label and come to find out this is NOT the item I paid for. I have contacted the seller and Poshmark and have not gotten any answers!!! I am now out $45 for the jacket AND $20 that the post office charged me!!!!! *** UPDATE... received the correct coat in excellent condition!!! Will not be receiving the extra $20 that the post office charged me due to losing the receipt, my fault tho. Seller was EXCELLENT to work with on this issue.
