Mom's happy with them. They're not heavy enough for subfreezing days, but she says they'll be great on wet/cold days in late fall/early winter/early spring when it's too cold to go without some kind of lined jean and she can probably squeeze a layer of Cuddl Duds under them if she ever really needs to.
