Everything was fabulously packaged, in perfect condition, and I couldn’t have asked for better “customer service”. Elaine made sure nothing could possibly break - even the tiny figure that had a VERY delicate flag on it! That alone was impressive. But her response to my every question was so prompt and kind, she’s just a truly wonderful woman who is also a great Posh-shop owner!
