Didn't want to leave you less then 5 stars because nobody likes that but the teapot wasn't packaged very well and a piece of the lid is broken and didn't open the box in time to make a claim on Posh Mark. Hope when you are packing other sales that are fragile in the future you use more bubble wrap and padding.
