I very much appreciate the time and effort you put in to get ting these items shipped out to me. From neatly folding the sweater, the fall themed packing, and even going the extra mile to hand write me a thank you note, that you put in it’s own envelope with in the package. This transaction has truly inspired me. This brand Smartwool is a new brand I found while searching for Arc’teryx sweaters, it appeared to me, visually appealing and high quality, and so theses two pieces will be my first of this hidden gem of a brand, and not to mention the sweater is way softer than I anticipated, Thank you. (Ps I do hope you are writing off your expenses that you use for you sales)
