I received these slippers, shipping time was longer than usual. Now I have them and I was so happy they finally came. I’ve worn them one day inside only and the bottom of my feet are stained black so badly. Perhaps you have the purchase info so I can send back to Ugg for a replacement?? Please lmk. Ty, Jill
