I'm not sure why you thought being nice and adding another item to the shipment for "free" would be appreciated but it really wasn't. I didn't want this order for the Zara shirt in the first place. Its bad business practice to literally force someone to go ahead with a sale when I politely asked multiple times to cancel. Then telling me there was nothing you could do because "Poshmark Policy" when yes, you could have easily cancelled but refused to do so. Its not about the money, it was an honest mistake when I accidentally grabbed my phone out of my pocket and "ordered" it. It really is a shame when people just don't do the right thing. I have been selling on Poshmark for years now and have always accepted a cancellation, its just part of doing business.
